I ordered the purple watch band but received the brown one. I reached out to customer service, they were apologetic and sent me the correct item immediately. Instead of returning the brown watch band, they said that I can keep it due to their error. I love both watch bands. I am a huge Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory fan and memorabilia collector.
